About New Name
Founded in 2020, New Name is a modern production company for global audiences. We discover, produce, and develop thought-provoking projects to share across all platforms.

The New Name journey is one entirely propelled by curiosity. That's what led us into production, to one another, to our stories and to opening up their worlds to the widest audience possible. We've spent most of the last few years learning from people a lot smarter than us, solidifying our taste and leaning into our unique advantages in order to build projects that we hope to genuinely entertain, in all genres and mediums.

In starting New Name, we did so with the hope of it evolving into many things, but at the very least, we want it to be a place where we aren’t afraid to try new things. We want to be a home for new voices and to constantly pursue innovation in the ways we build community and conversation. And it goes without saying to not take ourselves too seriously in the process, we're newbies after all.

Our culture
We are ambitious and hard working. We have a supportive, growth focussed working culture and will invest in education and experimentation to push the boundaries of your abilities. We champion diverse skill sets, perspectives and discussion; everyone is encouraged to be themselves and input into the organisation and work at all levels. We care deeply about our work having a positive impact on colleagues, communities and the environment. We promote creativity and pursue curiosity in everything we do.

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.

Everyone is welcome to apply for our roles, and we are determined to ensure that no applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment because of gender, race, disability, sexual orientation, religion, belief, age, marital status, background, pregnancy, or caring responsibilities. We also recognise the importance of diversity of thought within our teams and are fully committed to embracing the talents of people with autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and other forms of neurocognitive variation.

We will always seek to make appropriate adjustments to recruitment, workplaces, and work processes to be fully inclusive to people with different needs and working styles. If you need us to make any reasonable adjustments for you from application onwards, including alternatives to the online form or to disclose a neurocognitive condition, please email hello@newname.xyz
